We offer a range of training courses, both technical and personal development, delivered in-house by our very own specialist team. This includes the Learning & Development Officer and our technical managers, who are experts in their fields. Our managers are proactive in identifying and nurturing the development of our people, and every opportunity is given to progress within our organisation.
All our new employees receive a comprehensive onboarding plan for the first six months. This will help new employees to start forming important relationships early on in their career, and accelerate their settling in. The first four weeks comprise building networks and getting to know the company. New employees also receive personal objectives to achieve in their first three months. This way, all expectations are clear from the beginning. As a new starter, you will also be introduced to your peer coach who will be your guiding light during the onboarding weeks.
