Devon School
The school’s hot water boiler failed as a result of floods and the school faced temporary closure due to lack of heating – potentially adding more pressure on busy working parents and chaotic transport links if the school closed. A temporary boiler solution was installed within hours, allowing the school to remain open.
Nursing Home
Flooding damaged the boiler at a care home for elderly and vulnerable people, leaving the home with no domestic hot water and in urgent need of help. ICS Cool Energy’s engineers were on site to restore order that same day.
