Zkoumali tak\u00e9 dva chladic\u00ed syst\u00e9my, kter\u00e9 ji\u017e byly zavedeny a fungovaly za r\u016fzn\u00fdch podm\u00ednek. Jeden zalo\u017een\u00fd na chladic\u00ed m\u00edstnosti a ur\u010den\u00fd pro procesy vy\u017eaduj\u00edc\u00ed teploty 13\/18 \u00b0C pro zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed plast\u016f; druh\u00fd se v\u011bnoval p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm proces\u016fm zab\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edm se olejem a byl zalo\u017een na such\u00fdch chladi\u010d\u00edch s teplotami 25\/30\u00b0C. Dva zcela odli\u0161n\u00e9 syst\u00e9my, ale dokonale p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00e9 pro pr\u00e1ci s pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdm syst\u00e9mem Free Heating (i-FH) od spole\u010dnosti ICS Cool Energy.   <\/p>\n<p>St\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed syst\u00e9m na fosiln\u00ed paliva dod\u00e1val p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 600 kW vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed. Aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 nahradit star\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a splnit tuto z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e, rozhodl se t\u00fdm ICS Cool Energy rozd\u011blit topn\u00fd syst\u00e9m na dv\u011b oblasti, kter\u00e9 koresponduj\u00ed se st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edm chladic\u00edm syst\u00e9mem. Instalovali dv\u011b pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 tepeln\u00e1 \u010derpadla Free Heating (i-FH) \u2013 jedno v kombinaci s chillerovou m\u00edstnost\u00ed pro dod\u00e1vku 366 kW tepla pro prostor 9000 m3 a druh\u00e9 pro dod\u00e1vku 254 kW tepla pro 4600 m3 v kombinaci se such\u00fdm chladi\u010dem.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\" wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\" id=\"h-the-result\">V\u00fdsledek<\/h2>\n\n<figure class=\" wp-block-image aligncenter eplus-wrapper\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.icscoolenergy.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2024\/01\/plastic-packaging-case-study-1.jpg\" alt=\"Tepeln&#xE9; &#x10D;erpadlo instalovan&#xE9; u v&#xFD;robce plastov&#xFD;ch obal&#x16F;\" class=\"wp-image-62663\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Po instalaci si z\u00e1kazn\u00edk okam\u017eit\u011b v\u0161iml rozd\u00edlu v n\u00e1kladech na v\u00fdrobu tepla nov\u00fdmi syst\u00e9my tepeln\u00fdch \u010derpadel.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">V prvn\u00edm nastaven\u00ed pro v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed prostor st\u00e1la v\u00fdroba po\u017eadovan\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu 366 kW vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed s jednotkou i-FH <strong>o v\u00edce ne\u017e 25 % m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e u syst\u00e9mu na fosiln\u00ed paliva<\/strong>. Z\u00e1kazn\u00edk mohl nav\u00edc t\u011b\u017eit z chlazen\u00ed o v\u00fdkonu 223 kW, kter\u00e9 za stejnou dobu vyrobila jednotka i-FH.
