Tepl\u00e1 sanit\u00e1rn\u00ed voda je stejn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 pro \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a hygienu v nemocni\u010dn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Fakultn\u00ed nemocnice Hull University Teaching Hospitals (HUTH) NHS Trust hledala nejlep\u0161\u00ed zp\u016fsob, jak dovybavit a dekarbonizovat sv\u016fj topn\u00fd syst\u00e9m pomoc\u00ed nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00edch technologi\u00ed tepeln\u00e9ho \u010derpadla a v\u00edcetrubkov\u00fdch chladic\u00edch jednotek.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">St\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed tepl\u00e1rna obsluhuj\u00edc\u00ed dva odd\u011blen\u00ed, kancel\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 prostory a sedm opera\u010dn\u00edch s\u00e1l\u016f v Hull Royal Infirmary byla zalo\u017eena na plynov\u00fdch kotl\u00edch o v\u00fdkonu 650 kW a byla navr\u017eena pro teplotu vratn\u00e9 tepl\u00e9 vody 80 \u00b0C. Kdy\u017e se nemocnice Hull Hospitals obr\u00e1tily na spole\u010dnost ICS Cool Energy s \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed o modernizaci st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho topn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu, v\u011bd\u011bli jsme, \u017ee m\u00e1me spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed n\u00edzkouhl\u00edkov\u00e9ho tepla, kter\u00e9 je pro nemocni\u010dn\u00ed odd\u011blen\u00ed a s\u00e1ly tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9  <\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Nov\u00fd topn\u00fd syst\u00e9m nemocnice Hull Royal Infirmary je zalo\u017een na v\u00edcetrubkov\u00e9m chladic\u00edm za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed Aptus ICS Cool Energy a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.icscoolenergy.com\/cz\/hire\/products\/i-fh-heat-pump\/\">tepeln\u00e9m \u010derpadle i-FH<\/a> , kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 nahradit plynov\u00e9 kotle.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Instalovan\u00e1 v\u00edcetrubkov\u00e1 jednotka ICS Cool Energy Aptus dok\u00e1\u017ee nab\u00eddnout sou\u010dasn\u011b a\u017e 574 kW chlazen\u00ed a 695 kW vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed, co\u017e umo\u017e\u0148uje p\u0159echod od samostatn\u00e9ho kotle a chilleru k jedn\u00e9 jednotce, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed jak provozn\u00ed n\u00e1klady, tak i \u00faspora energie.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">James Watts, mana\u017eer in\u017een\u00fdrsk\u00fdch projekt\u016f v Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, \u0159ekl: &#8222;<em>Diskutovali jsme o na\u0161ich po\u017eadavc\u00edch s n\u011bkolika instala\u010dn\u00edmi firmami a v\u0161echny \u0159\u00edkaly, \u017ee by nebylo mo\u017en\u00e9 syst\u00e9m dovybavit pomoc\u00ed tepeln\u00fdch \u010derpadel. T\u00fdm ICS Cool Energy je vyvedl z omylu. ICS jasn\u011b vysv\u011btlila v\u00fdhody elektrifikace na\u0161eho vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e1 zahrnovala p\u0159id\u00e1n\u00ed kask\u00e1dov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu s tepeln\u00fdm \u010derpadlem i-FH a v\u00edcetrubkov\u00e9 chladic\u00ed jednotky do na\u0161\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed instalace  <\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\" wp-block-image alignright eplus-wrapper\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.icscoolenergy.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2024\/01\/ICSCE_i-FH-heat-pump_Hull-Hospitals-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-63422\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Jednotky jsou vybaveny dv\u011bma zcela nez\u00e1visl\u00fdmi vodn\u00edmi okruhy a zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed p\u0159esnou regulaci teploty jak pro odch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed chlazenou, tak pro teplou vodu. Pro v\u00fdrobu tepl\u00e9 vody vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed jednotky obnovitelnou a rekuperovanou energii a mohou nahradit st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed kotelnu a chladic\u00ed syst\u00e9m na fosiln\u00ed paliva, aby dod\u00e1valy chlazen\u00ed i vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed budovy bez p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdch emis\u00ed sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Aby se teplota tepl\u00e9 vody zv\u00fd\u0161ila na \u00farove\u0148 80 \u00b0C po\u017eadovanou nemocnic\u00ed, byla v\u00edcetrubkov\u00e1 chladic\u00ed jednotka sp\u00e1rov\u00e1na s tepeln\u00fdm \u010derpadlem voda-voda i-FH o v\u00fdkonu 429 kW. Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed i-FH m\u016f\u017ee dod\u00e1vat teplou vodu mezi 50 \u00b0C a 80 \u00b0C, s teplotami zdroje od +5 \u00b0C do +30 \u00b0C, co\u017e nab\u00edz\u00ed jedine\u010dnou p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost k p\u0159echodu na vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed pomoc\u00ed obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Instalace a veden\u00ed potrub\u00ed pro tento projekt se uk\u00e1zalo jako technicky slo\u017eit\u00fd \u00fakol, kter\u00fd vy\u017eadoval zm\u011bny v infrastruktu\u0159e a integraci nemocni\u010dn\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f chlazen\u00e9 vody a tepla. Dva ze star\u00fdch chladic\u00edch box\u016f byly odstran\u011bny a plynov\u00e9 kotle byly do\u010dasn\u011b ponech\u00e1ny pro p\u0159\u00edpad nouze. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Nemocni\u010dn\u00ed syst\u00e9m spr\u00e1vy budov (BMS) byl naprogramov\u00e1n tak, aby efektivn\u011b \u0159\u00eddil star\u00e9 a nov\u00e9 prvky chladic\u00edch a topn\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\" wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\">V\u00fdsledky<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Od sv\u00e9ho uveden\u00ed do provozu v \u0159\u00edjnu 2022 p\u0159evzal nov\u00fd syst\u00e9m prakticky pln\u00e9 topn\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed a kotle se spou\u0161t\u011bly jen sporadicky. V prvn\u00edch p\u011bti m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch provozu klesla pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 spot\u0159eba plynu o t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 69 % a v \u00fanoru 2023 dos\u00e1hla rekordn\u00edho minima 40 748 kWh \u2013 oproti v\u00edce ne\u017e 221 594 kWh v \u00fanoru 2022. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Alex Best, vedouc\u00ed kapit\u00e1lov\u00e9ho odd\u011blen\u00ed fakultn\u00edch nemocnic Hull University NHS Trust:  <em>Tento projekt a v\u00fdznamn\u00fd pokrok v na\u0161em \u00fasil\u00ed o dekarbonizaci byl umo\u017en\u011bn d\u00edky vl\u00e1dn\u00edm grant\u016fm, kter\u00e9 Trust obdr\u017eel. Aspekt dekarbonizace projektu je d\u00e1le pos\u00edlen, proto\u017ee elektrickou energii poch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed z na\u0161\u00ed sol\u00e1rn\u00ed elektr\u00e1rny vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me k nap\u00e1jen\u00ed chladic\u00edch a topn\u00fdch jednotek. <\/em><\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Projekt dekarbonizace vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed nemocnic, kter\u00fd zahrnuje p\u0159echod z plynov\u00fdch kotl\u016f na obnoviteln\u00e9 zdroje vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed, je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed jejich ambici\u00f3zn\u00edho z\u00e1vazku Zero30 dos\u00e1hnout do roku 2030 uhl\u00edkov\u00e9 neutrality. Jejich \u00fasil\u00ed o vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed udr\u017eiteln\u00fdch technologi\u00ed v budov\u00e1ch bylo mnohokr\u00e1t ocen\u011bno pr\u016fmyslem, v\u010detn\u011b z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed ceny &#8222;Sustainable Achievement Award&#8220; od Institute of Healthcare Engineering and Estates Management (IHEEM) v roce 2021. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Alex d\u00e1le vysv\u011btluje: &#8222;<em>Na\u0161e \u00fasil\u00ed n\u00e1s \u0159ad\u00ed mezi nejekologi\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed nemocnice ve Velk\u00e9 Brit\u00e1nii a na\u0161\u00edm c\u00edlem je st\u00e1t se jedn\u00edm z prvn\u00edch nemocni\u010dn\u00edch trust\u016f v Anglii, kter\u00fd dos\u00e1hne nulov\u00fdch emis\u00ed uhl\u00edku do roku 2030, a\u017e o 15 let d\u0159\u00edve, ne\u017e jsou c\u00edle stanoven\u00e9 ministerstvem zdravotnictv\u00ed. Trust ji\u017e dos\u00e1hl v\u00fdznamn\u00e9ho pokroku sm\u011brem k tomuto c\u00edli. N\u00e1\u0161 projekt s ICS Cool Energy a v\u00fdm\u011bna plynov\u00fdch kotl\u016f za tepeln\u00e1 \u010derpadla je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm miln\u00edkem na na\u0161\u00ed cest\u011b.
