M\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt velmi n\u00e1kladn\u00e9, pokud se potrub\u00ed rozd\u011bl\u00ed kv\u016fli nedostate\u010dn\u00e9 ochran\u011b proti mrazu. Pokud se to p\u0159edem vhodn\u011b nevy\u0159e\u0161\u00ed, jakmile teploty klesnou pod nulu, m\u016f\u017eeme se rychle dostat do situace, kter\u00e1 je nezobraziteln\u00e1.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">V tomto p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku se zam\u011b\u0159ujeme p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na pou\u017eit\u00ed chemik\u00e1li\u00ed k ochran\u011b chladic\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f p\u0159ed zamrznut\u00edm, ale je t\u0159eba zm\u00ednit, \u017ee oh\u0159ev p\u00e1sov\u00e9ho vzduchu je tak\u00e9 prost\u0159edkem ochrany potrub\u00ed p\u0159ed zamrznut\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Kdy\u017e uva\u017eujeme o chemick\u00e9 ochran\u011b, m\u016f\u017eeme instinktivn\u011b myslet na b\u011b\u017enou voln\u011b prodejnou nemrznouc\u00ed sm\u011bs, kterou lze pou\u017e\u00edt v automobilech, a m\u011bli by pravdu. B\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1 automobilov\u00e1 nemrznouc\u00ed sm\u011bs v\u0161ak nen\u00ed navr\u017eena ani formulov\u00e1na pro typy slo\u017eit\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f sm\u00ed\u0161en\u00fdch kov\u016f, kter\u00e9 najdeme v pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch aplikac\u00edch. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Krom\u011b toho tyto produkty obsahuj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsady, jako je k\u0159emi\u010ditany, kter\u00e9 jsou nekompatibiln\u00ed s chladic\u00edmi syst\u00e9my. K\u0159emi\u010ditany toti\u017e snadno pokr\u00fdvaj\u00ed kovov\u00e9 povrchy a t\u00edm sni\u017euj\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnost p\u0159enosu tepla (typicky + p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b o 10 %), co\u017e zvy\u0161uje celkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na energii. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Silik\u00e1t m\u016f\u017ee ve spr\u00e1vn\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed tak\u00e9 tvo\u0159it polymery, kter\u00e9 m\u011bn\u00ed tekutinu na gel, co\u017e op\u011bt zvy\u0161uje ekonomick\u00e9 n\u00e1klady a mo\u017en\u00e9 zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Posledn\u00edm varov\u00e1n\u00edm, abyste takov\u00e9 produkty nepou\u017e\u00edvali, je abrazivn\u00ed povaha k\u0159emi\u010ditan\u016f, kter\u00e9 mohou nakonec napadnout t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed \u010derpadel. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\" wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\"><b>\u010ceho bychom se m\u011bli vyvarovat, z jak\u00fdch produkt\u016f si m\u016f\u017eeme vyb\u00edrat a v jak\u00fdch koncentrac\u00edch?<\/b><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Obecn\u011b existuj\u00ed dva komer\u010dn\u011b dostupn\u00e9 produkty ur\u010den\u00e9 k ochran\u011b pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch uzav\u0159en\u00fdch vodn\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f p\u0159ed zamrznut\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Oba jsou p\u0159\u00edpravky, kter\u00e9 obsahuj\u00ed glykol:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-list eplus-styles-uid-f1dd12\">\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Mono-ethylenglykol (b\u011b\u017en\u011b ozna\u010dovan\u00fd jako MEG) je nejobl\u00edben\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. MEG je pova\u017eov\u00e1n za b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvanou nemrznouc\u00ed sm\u011bs pro pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 aplikace, kde neexistuj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed po\u017eadavky nebo pot\u0159eba chemik\u00e1lie s n\u00edzkou toxicitou. Hlavn\u00ed v\u00fdhodou je, \u017ee d\u00edky sv\u00e9 konzistenci m\u00e1 nejlep\u0161\u00ed rychlost profilu p\u0159enosu tepla a t\u00edm pom\u00e1h\u00e1 sni\u017eovat pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na energii.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Monopropylenglykol (b\u011b\u017en\u011b ozna\u010dovan\u00fd jako MPG). MPG nemus\u00ed m\u00edt takovou \u00farove\u0148 \u00fa\u010dinnosti p\u0159enosu tepla jako MEG, ale je pova\u017eov\u00e1no za vhodn\u00e9 pro pou\u017eit\u00ed v potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch tov\u00e1rn\u00e1ch\/farmaceutick\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u00edch, proto\u017ee je uzn\u00e1v\u00e1no jako chemick\u00fd produkt &#8222;potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 kvality&#8220;. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee MPG je m\u00e9n\u011b \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd ne\u017e MEG, \u010dasto vy\u017eaduje &#8222;korekci&#8220;, aby se zohlednil tento rozd\u00edl, kter\u00fd ovliv\u0148uje chladic\u00ed kapacitu. To je obvykle \u0159e\u0161eno sn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm nastaven\u00ed chladic\u00ed jednotky a s t\u00edm zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed se pracovn\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a t\u00edm nakonec zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00edm n\u00e1klad\u016f na energii.   <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<figure class=\" wp-block-image aligncenter eplus-wrapper\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.icscoolenergy.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2024\/01\/Water-Treatment-Fig-1-e1682522199390-1.jpg\" alt=\"Obr&#xE1;zek 1\" class=\"wp-image-63702\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">V\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 typy glykolu jsou doporu\u010dov\u00e1ny jako sou\u010d\u00e1st jak\u00e9hokoli procesu uv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed do provozu a\/nebo p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdm v\u00fdrobcem chladi\u010de. Koncentrace glykolu bude ur\u010dena po\u017eadovanou \u00farovn\u00ed ochrany proti bodu mrazu. Typick\u00e9 \u00farovn\u011b ochrany pro uzav\u0159en\u00e9 syst\u00e9my ve Velk\u00e9 Brit\u00e1nii vy\u017eaduj\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b koncentrace glykolu 25 % v\/v, co\u017e by poskytlo pr\u016fm\u011brnou ochranu proti zamrznut\u00ed -12 \u00b0C.  Grafy na obr. 1 vyjad\u0159uj\u00ed korelaci mezi koncentrac\u00ed a ochranou proti bodu tuhnut\u00ed pro MEG i MPG.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Dal\u0161\u00ed \u00favaha o dosa\u017een\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u00ed koncentrace 25 % se p\u0159\u00edmo t\u00fdk\u00e1 potla\u010den\u00ed bakteri\u00ed. Glykoly jsou na b\u00e1zi uhl\u00edku, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee jako zdroj potravy jsou n\u00e1chyln\u00e9 k napaden\u00ed bakteriemi. P\u0159i \u00farovn\u00edch 25 % a vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch v\u0161ak takov\u00e1 koncentrace vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed to, co je zn\u00e1m\u00e9 jako biostatick\u00fd stav, a jako takov\u00e1 inhibuje mno\u017een\u00ed mikroorganism\u016f spojen\u00fdch s rozkladem glykolu (obr. 2).  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\" wp-block-image aligncenter eplus-wrapper\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.icscoolenergy.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2024\/01\/Water-Treatment-Fig-2-1.jpg\" alt=\"Obr&#xE1;zek 2\" class=\"wp-image-63707\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Pokud by k takov\u00e9mu rozpadu do\u0161lo v d\u016fsledku jejich p\u0159\u00edtomnosti a r\u016fstu ve vodn\u00edm syst\u00e9mu, nejen\u017ee ztrat\u00edme spr\u00e1vnou \u00farove\u0148 nemrznouc\u00ed ochrany, ale tato bakteriologick\u00e1 aktivita bude m\u00edt tak\u00e9 za n\u00e1sledek sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed hladin pH syst\u00e9mu, co\u017e povede ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 korozi. Tento projev je zp\u016fsoben mikrobiologick\u00fdmi vedlej\u0161\u00edmi produkty, kter\u00e9 vznikaj\u00ed v \u0159et\u011bzci p\u0159em\u011bny potravy na energii. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Na druhou stranu &#8222;p\u0159ed\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed&#8220; glykolem s sebou p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed sv\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed probl\u00e9my. P\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho glykolu zp\u016fsob\u00ed pokles \u00farovn\u011b \u00fa\u010dinnosti v d\u016fsledku zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdkonu pot\u0159ebn\u00e9ho k cirkulaci kapaliny obsa\u017een\u00e9 v syst\u00e9mu a tak\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed v\u00fdkonu p\u0159enosu tepla, co\u017e op\u011bt p\u0159isp\u011bje ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed celkov\u00fdch provozn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\" wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\">Na jak\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed \u00favahy bychom m\u011bli myslet p\u0159i pou\u017eit\u00ed chemick\u00e9 nemrznouc\u00ed sm\u011bsi?<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Pokud se vr\u00e1t\u00edme k z\u00e1kladn\u00edm princip\u016fm, mo\u017en\u00e1 se budeme muset vyhnout pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed vody p\u0159\u00edmo p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9 z vodovodu. Je to d\u00e1no rozd\u00edlnou kvalitou, kterou vid\u00edme ve Velk\u00e9 Brit\u00e1nii, kter\u00e1 zahrnuje koncentraci usazenin a p\u0159\u00edsad, kter\u00e9 za spr\u00e1vn\u00fdch podm\u00ednek mohou po\u0161kodit chlazen\u00e9 potrub\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Abychom pomohli bojovat proti ur\u010dit\u00fdm probl\u00e9m\u016fm s kvalitou, mo\u017en\u00e1 budeme muset zv\u00e1\u017eit filtrov\u00e1n\u00ed a p\u0159id\u00e1n\u00ed neoxida\u010dn\u00edho biocidu do na\u0161eho vodn\u00edho zdroje. Krom\u011b p\u0159ed\u00fapravy pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 vody budeme muset p\u0159idat vhodn\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed chemik\u00e1lie, kter\u00e9 pomohou chr\u00e1nit chladic\u00ed jednotky a jejich multikovov\u00e9 sou\u010d\u00e1sti. Tyto typy chemik\u00e1li\u00ed se obvykle ozna\u010duj\u00ed jako inhibitory. Voda i glykol maj\u00ed vlastnosti, kter\u00e9 bez p\u0159id\u00e1n\u00ed chemick\u00fdch inhibitor\u016f mohou podporovat korozi a v z\u00e1vislosti na oblasti zem\u011b usazov\u00e1n\u00ed vodn\u00edho kamene v potrub\u00ed, pokud je pou\u017eit\u00e1 voda &#8222;tvrd\u00e1 voda&#8220;*.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">V\u0161echny tyto vlastnosti mohou \u010dasem p\u0159isp\u011bt k v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdm probl\u00e9m\u016fm. Inhibitory jsou pe\u010dliv\u011b vyb\u00edr\u00e1ny v z\u00e1vislosti na kovech pou\u017eit\u00fdch v syst\u00e9mu. St\u00e1vaj\u00ed se \u017eivotn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eitou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed efektivn\u00edho provozu chladic\u00ed jednotky, co\u017e tak\u00e9 pom\u016f\u017ee prodlou\u017eit \u017eivotn\u00ed cyklus syst\u00e9mu. Tyto inhibitory mohou b\u00fdt zahrnuty do sm\u011bsi toho, co se ozna\u010duje jako inhibovan\u00fd glykol, co\u017e je b\u011b\u017en\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup pozorovan\u00fd ve Velk\u00e9 Brit\u00e1nii. Tyto dv\u011b chemick\u00e9 slo\u017eky lze tak\u00e9 p\u0159idat samostatn\u011b, jak to situace vy\u017eaduje, s pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00fdch hladin glykolu i inhibitoru.    <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\" wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\"><b>Preventivn\u00ed \u00fadr\u017eba vzorkov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/b><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Jakmile p\u0159id\u00e1me n\u00e1\u0161 glykol a inhibitor (a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby neoxida\u010dn\u00ed biocid), nem\u011bli bychom p\u0159ehl\u00ed\u017eet pot\u0159ebu pravideln\u00e9ho udr\u017eovac\u00edho odb\u011bru vzork\u016f.
