Dal\u0161\u00ed zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed organick\u00e9 a anorganick\u00e9 &#8222;\u0161p\u00edny&#8220; (kontaminace) se k tomuto kolektivu postupem \u010dasu p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1. Dokonce i nov\u011b uveden\u00e9 syst\u00e9my, pokud nejsou pe\u010dliv\u011b monitorov\u00e1ny, se \u010dasto vyskytuj\u00ed s \u00falomky koroze v d\u016fsledku &#8222;bleskov\u00e9&#8220; koroze b\u011bhem pln\u011bn\u00ed.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Samotn\u00fd proces <a href=\"\/cz?product_cat=turnkey-installation\" class=\"ek-link\">instalace chladi\u010de<\/a> m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159in\u00e9st v\u0161echny druhy ne\u010distot, prachu, pilin, olej\u016f, mastnoty, t\u0159\u00edsek, zbytk\u016f tavidla a tak\u00e9 potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed bakteri\u00e1ln\u00ed probl\u00e9my, zejm\u00e9na pokud byly syst\u00e9my ponech\u00e1ny neo\u0161et\u0159en\u00e9 a ponech\u00e1ny stagnovat po libovoln\u011b dlouhou dobu mezi uveden\u00edm do provozu a provozem. Stejn\u011b tak se v pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u010dasu mohou zaveden\u011bj\u0161\u00ed syst\u00e9my zan\u00e9st vodn\u00edm kamenem (vniknut\u00edm tvrd\u00e9 vody), koroz\u00ed (ze \u0161patn\u011b o\u0161et\u0159en\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f) a op\u011bt zv\u00fd\u0161enou mikrobiologickou aktivitou. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Obr. 1. Siln\u011b zanesen\u00e9 pevn\u00fdmi l\u00e1tkami <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\" wp-block-image eplus-wrapper\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.icscoolenergy.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2024\/01\/Heavily-fouled-with-solids-1.jpg\" alt=\"Siln&#x11B; zanesen&#xE9; pevn&#xFD;mi l&#xE1;tkami\" class=\"wp-image-64119\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Abychom pomohli posoudit \u00farovn\u011b &#8222;ne\u010distot&#8220; ve form\u011b pevn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek v na\u0161em uzav\u0159en\u00e9m vodn\u00edm syst\u00e9mu, m\u016f\u017eeme testovat to, co se ozna\u010duje jako nerozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky. Obecn\u011b plat\u00ed, \u017ee nerozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky jsou \u010d\u00e1stice p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9 ve vod\u011b, ale pro na\u0161e konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dely je budeme ch\u00e1pat jako pevn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice, kter\u00e9 z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed suspendov\u00e1ny ve vod\u011b a maj\u00ed velikost \u010d\u00e1stic 2 mikrony nebo v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">M\u016f\u017eete tak\u00e9 sly\u0161et fr\u00e1zi &#8222;rozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 pevn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky&#8220;, co\u017e znamen\u00e1 ur\u010dit\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice men\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e n\u00e1\u0161 2-mikro diferenci\u00e1tor a v rozporu s t\u00edm, o \u010dem diskutujeme v tomto bulletinu. Pro z\u00e1kladn\u00ed informace, rozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 pevn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky hraj\u00ed roli p\u0159i zva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed vodivosti vody v uzav\u0159en\u00e9m okruhu; jako zcela rozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 pevn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky (b\u011b\u017en\u011b ozna\u010dovan\u00e9 jako TDS) se snadno pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed ke sledov\u00e1n\u00ed zm\u011bn v syst\u00e9mu, jako je koncentrace inhibitor\u016f \u00fapravy vody, glykolu a podobn\u011b. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Pokud je p\u0159\u00edtomnost nerozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek zv\u00fd\u0161ena nad maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed sm\u011brnou prahovou hodnotu &gt;30 mg\/litr a nadm\u011brn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed nerozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek nen\u00ed odstran\u011bno, mohou m\u00edt \u0159adu nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f na chlazen\u00fd ob\u011bhov\u00fd syst\u00e9m, kter\u00e9 zahrnuj\u00ed mimo jin\u00e9:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-list eplus-styles-uid-9e4c77\">\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Energetick\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnost, kter\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edmo zvy\u0161uje provozn\u00ed n\u00e1klady<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Blok\u00e1dy vedouc\u00ed k &#8222;mrtv\u00fdm m\u00edst\u016fm&#8220; kolem syst\u00e9mu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Eroze syst\u00e9mu (generov\u00e1n\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edch nerozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek, co\u017e zvy\u0161uje rychlost eroze).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Zan\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed kalov\u00fdmi ne\u010distotami v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edku oh\u0159\u00edva\u010de, co\u017e vystavuje v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edk riziku lok\u00e1ln\u00ed poruchy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 opot\u0159eben\u00ed \u010derpadel, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k mo\u017en\u00fdm net\u011bsnostem a poruch\u00e1m.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Sni\u017euje \u00fa\u010dinnost chemik\u00e1li\u00ed pro \u00fapravu vod a t\u00edm zvy\u0161uje korozn\u00ed potenci\u00e1l.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Podpora mno\u017een\u00ed bakteri\u00ed, co\u017e je mo\u017en\u00e9 vytvo\u0159en\u00edm ide\u00e1ln\u00edch podm\u00ednek pro r\u016fst.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\" wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\" id=\"h-monitoring-measurement-and-control\">MONITOROV\u00c1N\u00cd, M\u011a\u0158EN\u00cd A REGULACE<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">\u0158e\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159\u00edtomnosti nerozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek se st\u00e1v\u00e1 kl\u00ed\u010dovou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e9 strategie \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed syst\u00e9mu. Norma a pokyny BSRIA BG 50\/2021 uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed, \u017ee nerozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky by m\u011bly b\u00fdt kontrolov\u00e1ny na m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 30 mg\/litr, \u017ee &#8222;v cirkuluj\u00edc\u00ed vod\u011b a v dob\u0159e kontrolovan\u00e9m syst\u00e9mu by m\u011blo b\u00fdt trvale dosahov\u00e1no m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 10 mg\/litr&#8220;. I kdy\u017e jsou &#8222;n\u00edzk\u00e9&#8220; hodnoty suspendovan\u00fdch pevn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek dobr\u00fdm m\u011b\u0159\u00edtkem integrity syst\u00e9mu, mus\u00edme m\u00edt na pam\u011bti, \u017ee nezaru\u010duje, \u017ee se aktivn\u00ed koroze neobjevuje z jin\u00fdch m\u00edst v syst\u00e9mu, a proto je t\u0159eba zv\u00e1\u017eit strategick\u00fd odb\u011br vzork\u016f, jak je uvedeno v tabulce B.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">S ohledem na jednotliv\u00e9 hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00e9 \u00farovn\u011b pevn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek je t\u0159eba sledovat tak\u00e9 jak\u00e9koli vzestupn\u00e9 trendy v pevn\u00fdch l\u00e1tk\u00e1ch v pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u010dasu, proto\u017ee to je pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd d\u016fsledek vnit\u0159n\u011b zkorodovan\u00fdch kov\u016f ze syst\u00e9mu. Stoj\u00ed za zm\u00ednku, \u017ee jakkoli pravideln\u00e9 testov\u00e1n\u00ed vody poskytuje informace o zm\u011bn\u00e1ch kvality vody, je omezen\u00e9. To samo o sob\u011b neposkytuje d\u016fkaz o skute\u010dn\u00e9m stavu pozemsk\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu. Poskytnut\u00ed t\u00e9to dodate\u010dn\u00e9 syst\u00e9mov\u00e9 evidence lze dos\u00e1hnout vyu\u017eit\u00edm za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, jako jsou stojany na kup\u00f3ny koroze a\/nebo online elektronick\u00e9 senzory. Tato za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed jsou mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e1, proto\u017ee funguj\u00ed jako v\u010dasn\u00e9 varov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ed aktivn\u00ed koroz\u00ed, kter\u00e1 poskytuje skute\u010dnou m\u00edru ztr\u00e1t syst\u00e9mu. Strategie zde vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00e9 jsou v pokynech uzn\u00e1v\u00e1ny jako sou\u010d\u00e1st celkov\u00e9ho prost\u0159edku monitorov\u00e1n\u00ed a kontroly.     <\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Uzn\u00e1v\u00e1 se, \u017ee n\u00edzk\u00e9 \u00farovni koroze je velmi obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 se vyhnout. To je uzn\u00e1no pokyny, kter\u00e9 nab\u00edzej\u00ed p\u0159edem definovan\u00e9 prahov\u00e9 hodnoty milimetr\u016f za rok pro r\u016fzn\u00e9 kovy, kter\u00e9 se v takov\u00fdch syst\u00e9mech obvykle vyskytuj\u00ed \u2013 viz tabulka A. V dob\u0159e kontrolovan\u00e9m syst\u00e9mu by v\u0161ak m\u00edra koroze m\u011bla b\u00fdt v\u00fdrazn\u011b pod t\u011bmito &#8222;prahov\u00fdmi&#8220; hodnotami a nem\u011bla by b\u00fdt nutn\u011b pova\u017eov\u00e1na za maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed kontroln\u00ed limity. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><strong>TABULKA A.<\/strong><br\/> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"900\" height=\"315\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-64124\" src=\"https:\/\/www.icscoolenergy.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2024\/01\/Corrosion-rates-1.jpg\" alt=\"Rychlost koroze\"\/><\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Jednoduch\u00fd indik\u00e1tor zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdch hladin nerozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek je \u010dasto pova\u017eov\u00e1n za &#8222;zakalen\u00fd&#8220; vzorek vody, za zabarven\u00ed odebran\u00e9ho vzorku vody. To je d\u016fvod, pro\u010d je vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed hodnocen\u00ed zahrnuto do &#8222;anal\u00fdzy&#8220; prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9 b\u011bhem rutinn\u00edho odb\u011bru vzork\u016f p\u0159i \u00faprav\u011b vody. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Nerozpustn\u00e1 povaha t\u011bchto pevn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek znamen\u00e1, \u017ee m\u016f\u017eeme snadno m\u011b\u0159it hladiny celkov\u00fdch nerozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek (TSS) v syst\u00e9mu pomoc\u00ed metody filtrace regenerace pevn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek (gravimetrick\u00e9). Dal\u0161\u00ed drobnou v\u00fdhodou pou\u017eit\u00ed kolorimetrick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed je, \u017ee mohou detekovat p\u0159i ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u00farovni (20 mg\/l). <\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Tento typ za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed jist\u011b nab\u00edz\u00ed rychl\u00fd po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed orienta\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdsledek, nicm\u00e9n\u011b u t\u00e9to metody existuje podez\u0159en\u00ed na interferenci, zp\u016fsobenou nap\u0159\u00edklad zachycen\u00fdmi vzduchov\u00fdmi bublinami, kter\u00e9 mohou interferovat s kone\u010dn\u00fdm v\u00fdsledkem. Jist\u011b, pokud je tato metoda m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed pova\u017eov\u00e1na za zp\u016fsob rutinn\u00edho testov\u00e1n\u00ed, pak stoj\u00ed za to prov\u00e9st ji proti laboratorn\u00ed gravimetrick\u00e9 anal\u00fdze pomoc\u00ed \u0159ady jednotliv\u00fdch test\u016f, aby se ov\u011b\u0159ilo, zda spolu souvis\u00ed, co\u017e nab\u00edz\u00ed prost\u0159edky pro interpretaci. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Jak je uvedeno v\u00fd\u0161e, gravimetrick\u00fd a preferovan\u00fd (p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed) zp\u016fsob m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed TSS ve vod\u011b je metoda anal\u00fdzy, kter\u00e1 je pops\u00e1na v ***Blue Book. Zjednodu\u0161en\u011b \u0159e\u010deno, pevn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed vody se filtruje ve vakuu a pevn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky ur\u010dit\u00e9 velikosti jsou zachyceny na filtra\u010dn\u00edm m\u00e9diu. Zbytkov\u00fd materi\u00e1l se su\u0161\u00ed v peci, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se odstran\u00ed ve\u0161ker\u00e1 vlhkost a pot\u00e9 se v\u00e1\u017e\u00ed. Tato kone\u010dn\u00e1 hmotnost zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch pevn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek se uv\u00e1d\u00ed jako TSS dan\u00e9ho vzorku vody.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Jakkoli n\u00e1m tento proces poskytne indikaci TSS v syst\u00e9mu, \u010d\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed a slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed syst\u00e9my jsou, t\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed je potenci\u00e1l pro variabilitu TSS. Tyto syst\u00e9my jsou dynamick\u00e9 a jako takov\u00e9 podl\u00e9haj\u00ed prom\u011bnlivosti rychlosti, co\u017e m\u00e1 vliv na na\u0161e v\u00fdsledky. Jist\u011b, gravitace spojen\u00e1 se \u0161patn\u00fdm profilem proud\u011bn\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch \u010d\u00e1stic m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt za n\u00e1sledek m\u00edstn\u00ed usazov\u00e1n\u00ed a kapsy koncentrace pevn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">S ohledem na velikost objemu a zv\u00fd\u0161enou variabilitu doporu\u010duj\u00ed pokyny (**BG 50) zv\u011bt\u0161en\u00ed um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed vzork\u016f pro ucelen\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159ehled. N\u00ed\u017ee je extrahovan\u00e1 tabulka uveden\u00e1 v pokynech BG 50, kter\u00e1 uv\u00e1d\u00ed, jak jsou rostouc\u00ed objemy spln\u011bny \u0161ir\u0161\u00edm rozsahem vzorkov\u00e1n\u00ed: <\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><strong>TABULKA B.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\" wp-block-image eplus-wrapper\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.icscoolenergy.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2024\/01\/Table-B-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-64129\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 um\u011bt rozpoznat, \u017ee pokud by byly vzorky odeb\u00edr\u00e1ny z oblast\u00ed s n\u00edzkou rychlost\u00ed (nap\u0159\u00edklad koncov\u00e9 jednotky nebo potrub\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u00ed), pak by tyto vzorky mohly obsahovat &#8222;usazen\u00e9&#8220; pevn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky a jako takov\u00e9 by p\u0159isp\u00edvaly ke zpr\u00e1v\u00e1m o zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9m celkov\u00e9m obsahu nerozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek. Laboratorn\u00ed testov\u00e1n\u00ed by bohu\u017eel nedok\u00e1zalo rozli\u0161it rozd\u00edl mezi &#8222;pozastaven\u00fdm&#8220; a &#8222;vy\u0159e\u0161en\u00fdm&#8220;. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">V situac\u00edch, kdy jsou zaznamen\u00e1ny vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed celkov\u00e9 po\u010dty, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt doporu\u010deno lokalizovan\u00e9 proplachov\u00e1n\u00ed, aby se odstranilo nadm\u011brn\u00e9 nahromad\u011bn\u00ed t\u011bchto &#8222;usazen\u00fdch&#8220; pevn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek. Pokud by m\u011blo b\u00fdt provedeno lok\u00e1ln\u00ed proplachov\u00e1n\u00ed, doporu\u010duje se tak\u00e9 pravideln\u00e9 testov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto m\u00edst.
