Testujte a sledujte hodnoty pH kapaliny<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Neprov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed hladiny pH jako sou\u010d\u00e1sti rutinn\u00edho odb\u011bru vzork\u016f vody m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt z\u00e1sadn\u00ed negativn\u00ed dopad na v\u00fdkon syst\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">S klesaj\u00edc\u00edm pH se zvy\u0161uje kyselost a zvy\u0161uje se tak\u00e9 rychlost koroze. D\u016fvodem je to, \u017ee roztoky s n\u00edzk\u00fdm pH (jak se vzdalujeme od neutr\u00e1ln\u00edho pH 7) urychluj\u00ed korozi poskytov\u00e1n\u00edm vod\u00edkov\u00fdch iont\u016f. Vod\u00edk napad\u00e1 a po\u0161kozuje povrch oceli a zvy\u0161uje korozn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Dva kovy, kter\u00e9 se b\u011b\u017en\u011b vyskytuj\u00ed ve smy\u010dk\u00e1ch p\u0159enosu tepla, jsou m\u011b\u010f a hlin\u00edk kv\u016fli jejich vodiv\u00e9mu v\u00fdkonu. Tyto dva kovy jsou v\u0161ak obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b citliv\u00e9 na sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed pH. M\u011b\u010f je odoln\u00e1 v\u016f\u010di korozi v p\u0159\u00edtomnosti kysl\u00edku ve vod\u011b, proto\u017ee m\u011b\u010f tvo\u0159\u00ed na sv\u00e9m povrchu stabiln\u00ed vrstvu oxidu m\u011b\u010fnat\u00e9ho, \u010d\u00edm\u017e sni\u017euje kysl\u00edkov\u00fd efekt, kter\u00fd vid\u00edme u jin\u00fdch stavebn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f. Pod pH 6,5 se v\u0161ak tato &#8222;ochrann\u00e1&#8220; vrstva oxidu m\u011bdi rozkl\u00e1d\u00e1 a s n\u00ed vznik\u00e1 galvanick\u00fd korozn\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nek.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Zat\u00edmco tolerance pH chladi\u010de se m\u00edrn\u011b li\u0161\u00ed v z\u00e1vislosti na pou\u017eit\u00fdch materi\u00e1lech, doporu\u010dil bych limity 8,0 \u2013 8,5. Nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 hodnoty pH mohou znamenat, \u017ee bu\u010f nebylo pou\u017eito dostate\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed inhibitor\u016f, nebo jsou hladiny glykolu p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 koncentrovan\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Oba sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159e mohou velmi rychle zp\u016fsobit vysokou \u00farove\u0148 koroze v cel\u00e9m syst\u00e9mu, pokud nejsou kontrolov\u00e1ny, co\u017e vede k n\u00e1kladn\u00fdm \u00fa\u010dt\u016fm za \u00fadr\u017ebu a nepl\u00e1novan\u00fdm odst\u00e1vk\u00e1m. Chemik\u00e1lie pro \u00fapravu vody mohou &#8222;upravit&#8220; hladinu pH pomoc\u00ed sv\u00e9 vestav\u011bn\u00e9 pufrovac\u00ed chemie a udr\u017eovat ji v optim\u00e1ln\u00edm rozmez\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\" wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\" id=\"h-5-check-the-clarity-of-the-sample\">5. Zkontrolujte \u010dirost vzorku<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Ne v\u0161echny testy jsou tak hloubkov\u00e9 jako \u00farove\u0148 pH a jedn\u00edm z nejz\u0159eteln\u011bj\u0161\u00edch p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f toho, \u017ee chladic\u00ed syst\u00e9m intern\u011b degraduje nebo koroduje, je, kdy\u017e jsou ve vzorku vody viditeln\u00e9 ne\u010distoty. Vzorek vody z chladi\u010de, kter\u00fd funguje spr\u00e1vn\u011b, by m\u011bl b\u00fdt \u010dist\u00fd, a pokud tomu tak nen\u00ed, pak ji\u017e do\u0161lo k po\u0161kozen\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00edho syst\u00e9mu. To je t\u0159eba okam\u017eit\u011b \u0159e\u0161it, proto\u017ee ne\u010distoty mohou brzy v\u00e9st k ucp\u00e1n\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch oblast\u00ed provozu, jako je v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edk tepla, co\u017e rychle sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnost chladic\u00ed jednotky.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\" wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\" id=\"h-6-chemically-flush-your-system-and-chiller-immediately-after-installation\">6. Toto zlat\u00e9 pravidlo je t\u0159eba dodr\u017eovat bez ohledu na to, zda se jedn\u00e1 o trvalou nebo do\u010dasnou instalaci pro pl\u00e1novanou nebo reaktivn\u00ed \u00fadr\u017ebu. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\" wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\" id=\"h-7-watch-out-for-bacteria\">7. D\u00e1vejte pozor na bakterie<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 chemie \u00fapravy vody pom\u00e1h\u00e1 p\u0159edch\u00e1zet r\u016fstu mikroorganism\u016f ve vodn\u00edm syst\u00e9mu chladi\u010de. <a href=\"https:\/\/microbiologysociety.org\/why-microbiology-matters\/what-is-microbiology.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mikroorganism\u016fm<\/a> , jako jsou bakterie a biofilmingov\u00e9 organismy, se m\u016f\u017ee da\u0159it v n\u011bkter\u00fdch z nejdrsn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch prost\u0159ed\u00ed, a pokud se nechaj\u00ed mno\u017eit, mohou zp\u016fsobit \u0159adu probl\u00e9m\u016f v procesn\u00edch chladi\u010d\u00edch.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Proto\u017ee ch\u00e1peme v\u0161udyp\u0159\u00edtomnou povahu bakteri\u00ed, mus\u00edme p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dat, \u017ee je velmi pravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9, \u017ee \u0159ada bakteri\u00ed bude zavedena do na\u0161ich vodn\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b uzav\u0159en\u00fdch syst\u00e9mov\u00fdch okruh\u016f.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Nejb\u011b\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edm procesem, kter\u00fd bakterie podstupuj\u00ed, je tvorba biofilmu. Takov\u00e9 biofilmy mohou ukr\u00fdvat a umo\u017e\u0148ovat r\u016fst velk\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch mikroorganism\u016f a tak\u00e9 zachycovat zbytky syst\u00e9mu. S hromad\u011bn\u00edm biofilmu, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt rychl\u00e9 (za v\u0161ech spr\u00e1vn\u00fdch podm\u00ednek), m\u016f\u017eeme o\u010dek\u00e1vat, \u017ee dojde k \u0159ad\u011b n\u00e1kladn\u00fdch probl\u00e9m\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnosti, omezen\u00ed pr\u016ftoku a selh\u00e1n\u00ed potrub\u00ed.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Hodnocen\u00ed stavu ochrann\u00e9 chemie i mikrobiologick\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edtomnosti je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed toho, \u017ee m\u00e1me \u010dist\u00e9, \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 a chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9 syst\u00e9my, cokoli jin\u00e9ho bude n\u00e1kladn\u00e9.
