Nejedn\u00e1 se v\u0161ak o \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed &#8222;nastav a zapome\u0148&#8220; a existuje n\u011bkolik jednoduch\u00fdch zp\u016fsob\u016f, jak se o svou chladic\u00ed jednotku starat, aby vydr\u017eela 10 let a v\u00edce. <\/p>\n<p>\u00daprava vody je z\u00e1kladn\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed provozu a \u00fadr\u017eby chladi\u010de. V\u011bt\u0161ina technik\u016f \u00fadr\u017eby v\u00ed, \u017ee pokud je sm\u011bs vody a glykolu chladi\u010de nespr\u00e1vn\u00e1, \u00fa\u010dinky mohou b\u00fdt rychl\u00e9 a katastrof\u00e1ln\u00ed, co\u017e vede ke korozi, zhor\u0161en\u00ed stavu syst\u00e9mu a net\u011bsnostem, stejn\u011b jako k usazov\u00e1n\u00ed rzi, vodn\u00edho kamene, \u0159as a ne\u010distot. M\u00edt jednoduch\u00fd &#8222;seznam sledovan\u00fdch polo\u017eek&#8220; v\u00e1m v\u0161ak pom\u016f\u017ee vyhnout se krizi.  <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b><strong>Nezapome\u0148te na inhibitory  <\/strong><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Glykol je z\u00e1kladn\u00edm prvkem jak\u00e9koli teplonosn\u00e9 kapaliny pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 jako sou\u010d\u00e1st syst\u00e9mu chlazen\u00e9 vody, proto\u017ee umo\u017e\u0148uje dostate\u010dn\u00e9 ochlazen\u00ed kapaliny bez zamrznut\u00ed. Neinhibovan\u00fd glykolov\u00fd syst\u00e9m v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159edstavovat je\u0161t\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed riziko ne\u017e oby\u010dejn\u00e1 voda kv\u016fli vysoce korozivn\u00ed povaze v\u011bt\u0161iny glykol\u016f, tak\u017ee inhibitory mus\u00ed b\u00fdt pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ny v\u017edy. <\/p>\n<p>Pro ty, kte\u0159\u00ed pracuj\u00ed v oblastech, kde existuje riziko n\u00e1hodn\u00e9ho lidsk\u00e9ho kontaktu, jako je potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd pr\u016fmysl, vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 inhibitory v roztoku MPG v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 riziko kontaminace, ale glykol s akreditac\u00ed NSF to p\u0159ekon\u00e1v\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p><b><strong>2. Odeb\u00edrejte pravideln\u00e9 vzorky vody z r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed syst\u00e9mu.<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ke korozi a degradaci m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt kdekoli v syst\u00e9mu a nesta\u010d\u00ed odebrat vzorky vody pouze z jednoho m\u00edsta. Vzorky je t\u0159eba odeb\u00edrat z dostupn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edstupov\u00fdch bod\u016f v cel\u00e9m syst\u00e9mu a zejm\u00e9na z vysoce rizikov\u00fdch oblast\u00ed, jako jsou v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edky tepla, chladic\u00ed pl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b a jak\u00e1koli jin\u00e1 citliv\u00e1 rozhran\u00ed mezi produktem a kapalinou. <\/p>\n<p><strong>3. \u00darovn\u011b pH testovac\u00ed kapaliny  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Neprov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed hladiny pH jako sou\u010d\u00e1sti rutinn\u00edho odb\u011bru vzork\u016f vody m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt z\u00e1sadn\u00ed negativn\u00ed dopad na v\u00fdkon syst\u00e9mu. Zat\u00edmco tolerance pH chladi\u010de se budou m\u00edrn\u011b li\u0161it v z\u00e1vislosti na pou\u017eit\u00fdch materi\u00e1lech, doporu\u010dil bych limity 8,0 \u2013 8,5. Nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 hodnoty pH mohou znamenat, \u017ee bu\u010f nebylo pou\u017eito dostate\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed inhibitor\u016f, nebo jsou hladiny glykolu p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 koncentrovan\u00e9. Oba sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159e mohou velmi rychle zp\u016fsobit vysokou \u00farove\u0148 koroze v cel\u00e9m syst\u00e9mu, pokud nejsou kontrolov\u00e1ny, co\u017e vede k n\u00e1kladn\u00fdm \u00fa\u010dt\u016fm za \u00fadr\u017ebu a nepl\u00e1novan\u00fdm odst\u00e1vk\u00e1m.   <\/p>\n<p><b><strong>4. Zkontrolujte \u010dirost vzorku<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ne v\u0161echny testy jsou tak hloubkov\u00e9 jako \u00farove\u0148 pH a jedn\u00edm z nejz\u0159eteln\u011bj\u0161\u00edch p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f toho, \u017ee chladic\u00ed syst\u00e9m intern\u011b degraduje nebo koroduje, je, kdy\u017e jsou ve vzorku vody viditeln\u00e9 ne\u010distoty. Vzorek vody z chladi\u010de, kter\u00fd funguje spr\u00e1vn\u011b, by m\u011bl b\u00fdt \u010dist\u00fd, a pokud tomu tak nen\u00ed, pak ji\u017e do\u0161lo k po\u0161kozen\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00edho syst\u00e9mu. To je t\u0159eba okam\u017eit\u011b \u0159e\u0161it, proto\u017ee ne\u010distoty mohou brzy v\u00e9st k ucp\u00e1n\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch oblast\u00ed provozu, jako je v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edk tepla, co\u017e rychle sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnost chladic\u00ed jednotky.  <\/p>\n<p><b><strong>5. Ihned po instalaci chemicky propl\u00e1chn\u011bte sv\u016fj syst\u00e9m a chladi\u010d<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Jakmile je nainstalov\u00e1n nov\u00fd chladic\u00ed syst\u00e9m, m\u011bl by b\u00fdt cel\u00fd syst\u00e9m okam\u017eit\u011b propl\u00e1chnut, aby se zajistilo, \u017ee kapalina je zcela bez ne\u010distot a v nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 kvalit\u011b, bez p\u0159\u00edtomnosti star\u0161\u00edch ne\u010distot nebo povrchov\u00e9 kontaminace, kter\u00e1 by zp\u016fsobila po\u0161kozen\u00ed kapaliny, potrub\u00ed a nov\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Toto zlat\u00e9 pravidlo je t\u0159eba dodr\u017eovat bez ohledu na to, zda se jedn\u00e1 o trvalou nebo do\u010dasnou instalaci pro pl\u00e1novanou nebo reaktivn\u00ed \u00fadr\u017ebu. <\/p>\n<p><b><strong>6. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pochybnost\u00ed se pora\u010fte s odborn\u00edky<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Vzhledem ke slo\u017eitosti odb\u011bru d\u016fkladn\u00e9ho a spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho vzorku chlazen\u00e9ho vodn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu se n\u011bkdy vyplat\u00ed zavolat odborn\u00edka.
