The cooling system had to maintain the temperature of a storage vessel filled with ice at a precise setting. Also, the temporary solution needed to provide cover for a six-week period while the main system was being repaired. A constant cool temperature was vital for the production process.<\/p>\n<p>[show_gallery \/]<\/p>\n<h2>The Solution<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"c-bullet-list\">\n<li>Fast and detailed analysis and examination of the existing cooling system<\/li>\n<li>Rapid design of a new cooling system to meet the brewery\u2019s exacting specifications<\/li>\n<li>Fast installation of a 130 kW cooling system including a Chiller 135<\/li>\n<li>Energy-saving hermetic Scroll compressors<\/li>\n<li>Wide range of temperature requirements (-10\u00b0C to +27\u00b0C)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>The Result<\/h2>\n<p>With its robust and weather-proof housing and its quick connections, the chiller hire solution is suitable for fast installations and operations which was essential for the project.<\/p>\n<p>The temporary hired cooling system meant that repairs to the main systems could be managed and carried out to avoid production downtime. So the customer was able to meet all the production deadlines and delivery dates.<\/p>\n<p>On completion of the repair programme, ICS Cool Energy returned to remove the hire equipment, allowing the main system to resume operation with the minimum hassle.<\/p>\n<p>Although this customer required a fast fix hire solution, many businesses are increasingly considering hire as an economical and affordable, tax efficient longer term option.
