The thermal duty would to dissipate 350kW of chilled water at 10\u00b0C for the tool cooling and 200kW of ambient water at 30\u00b0C. In order to meet these requirements, ICS Cool Energy supplied two i-Chiller iC770 energy efficient packaged chillers with a cooling capacity of 139kW each and two compact but powerful i-Temp WD100 temperature control units (TCUs) able to provide temperatures up to 150\u00b0C. All products delivered, installed and commissioned by ICS Cool Energy highly experienced team of engineers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\" wp-block-image eplus-wrapper\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.icscoolenergy.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2024\/01\/3units-1-300x250.png\" alt=\"manufacturing process\" class=\"wp-image-36387\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\" wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\">THE RESULT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">The supplied temperature control equipment provided more reliable and precise temperatures to the client&#8217;s process than their aging equipment. This allowed them to operate their manufacturing process more efficiently by helping to maintain product consistency and repeatability.
