The existing system driven by a steam boiler provided thermal transfer oil to a number of vital reaction vessels around the site via a heat exchanger feeding a ring main.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2>The Solution<\/h2>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Following the attendance of the site by a rental application engineer, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.icscoolenergy.com\/il\/hire\/boiler-hire\/\">several smaller boilers<\/a> were specified to provide localised heating for each of the vessels. This solution ensured that the equipment was used in the most economic fashion, only run when required. Also, new heat exchangers were specified as water was being used instead of steam.<\/p>\n<p>[show_gallery \/]<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2>The Result<\/h2>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>The manufacturing plant was able to recommence production within 48 hours of the recommend equipment being condemned.
