The water, or fluid, flowing through a chiller and associated system can often be overlooked, yet can be affected by many factors such as dissolved oxygen, pH imbalance and bacteria or bio-fouling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your system water quality affects the longevity of your process equipment, parts and components. As soon as water starts running through your system, it\u2019s changing the properties within, so it\u2019s essential it is checked regularly and treated correctly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Our in-house water treatment is designed to keep your process operational, keeping your industry running efficiently and reliably.  We know full well that understanding the chemical makeup of what might look like water is complicated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We simplify this for you, we take a sample and our water treatment specialist and will issue a report with a clear plan for implementation in order to maintain your equipment or carry out a repair. All of which we do in-house be it glycol, inhibitor, biocide or a full flush<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s essential that your system fluid is checked, maintained, and treated regularly to avoid problems such as corrosion, bacteria and system fouling which will ultimately lead to equipment and process system failure, inconvenience and expense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first step to good quality water is to implement a water treatment plan.  As part of our planned preventative maintenance contracts, we now carry out as standard, sampling and independent laboratory analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An easy-to-read report is issued, indicating any defects that fall outside of the recommended parameters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A detailed action plan is then created and can be implemented for you \u2013 returning and maintaining the quality of your water to best practice standards.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
