Repair & Refurbish

Our aim is to keep your operation running with chiller repairs and refurbishment whether resulting from equipment breakdown or as part of a routine planned maintenance program.  We are here to give you a quick resolution and response and keep your process running.

Our main goal is to get you back up and running in the fastest most effective way possible and we do this by being available 24/7 and employing factory trained engineers nationwide for the best coverage possible.  We pride ourselves that our service engineers are not just refrigeration engineers but have years of experience and been trained to solve complex process problems, we will not only look at your chiller but heat exchangers, inverters, pumps, valves and water treatment.

We have experience with all the major brands of chillers out there as well as our own and we have a high percentage of first fix as we carry spare parts on all our vans with automatic stock replenishment in place.  Each of our engineers are F-Gas qualified up to date with all Health and Safety, and also are qualified repairing chillers using natural gas refrigerant.

Our engineers are backed by in-house repair quotation teams, technical support teams and customer care specialists.  These teams are based in our regional offices as well as our head office.  This means we can deploy an engineer quickly, respond to technical enquiries or supply parts required whilst keeping you fully informed.  As well as comprehensive van stocks we have large amounts of stock at our depots to dispatch parts direct to site if needed.

Hire Equipment

On the rare occasion that equipment can’t be repaired, or the parts are on long leads times we can support you with short term hire as we are the market leader with Temperature Control Rental in the UK with over 50m and 500mW of stock available.  If you take a temporary hire and our parts arrive later than promised, the extended rental period is free of charge.

Do you only repair ICS Products?

No, we refurbish all makes and models of chillers and TCUs.

Are there call out charges?

This is very much dependant on the whether you have a service contract with us or not.

Where is my nearest engineer based?

We have over 70 service engineers across the country, who are locally based and in your area.

How quickly can you come out?

If you have a service contract with us there will be a pre-agreed response time which we will fulfil. If you don’t have a service contract with us, we will come out as soon as possible.

What if it can’t be repaired during the visit?

Our service engineers each carry over £15k of spare parts on each and every van, which highly increases the chances of a repair there and then. Should this not be possible arrangements will be made for a repair at the earliest opportunity and hire equipment can be supplied to cover any extended periods should you wish.

Do you offer contingency plans?

Yes, and we highly recommend every business with cooling or heating equipment has one. Our technically trained sales engineers are able to survey your site and equipment and put a plan in place for you.

Do I need a contract for you to perform a repair?

No, you don’t need an existing service contract for us to repair you equipment but we highly recommend you put one in place.

Are your engineers qualified?

Our 70+ service engineers are all very experienced, technically trained and fully F-Gas Certified.
