Propane Chillers
ICS Cool Energy offer a low carbon range of air cooled / water cooled propane chillers from 4.5kW to 800kW, with piston and reciprocating compressor technology, covering a temperature range of -12°C to 20°C.
These chillers come with options for tank, pump, EC fans, inverter driven technology, shell & tube evaporators or integrated free cooling, as well as heat pump versions.
Propane (R290) is a 100% natural & odourless refrigerant (hydrocarbon) which is readily available in nature and has been used for over 140 years. It is non-toxic and offers fantastic thermodynamic characteristics, serving as the perfect low GWP substitute refrigerant to ammonia, CFCs, HCFCs and HFCs. From an energy perspective, it offers up to a 20% saving due to lower molecular mass and vapour pressure, whilst being compatible with copper and miscible with mineral oil.

Refrigeratori costruiti specificatamente per il processo
La gamma di refrigeratori di processo ICS Cool Energy è progettata specificamente per il processo, con caratteristiche come gli esclusivi evaporatori a batteria alettata immersi all’interno del serbatoio dell’acqua fredda, che li rendono meno suscettibili al congelamento e in grado di far fronte a carichi variabili e fluttuazioni di processo. L’ampio serbatoio lato freddo integrato consente un controllo più stretto della temperatura per la tolleranza del processo e riduce l’usura dovuta alle operazioni di avvio e arresto del compressore.
Gli i-Chiller sono dotati di serie di pompe ad alta pressione per far fronte alle tubazioni più complesse che si trovano nelle applicazioni di processo. Essendo completamente racchiuso in robusti pannelli in acciaio non solo protegge, ma crea un ingombro ridotto per facilità di accesso e ?plug and play? installazione.
