ICS Cool Energy’s i-Chiller Compact process chiller range covers capacities from 1-4kW and has been specifically designed with process applications in mind.
When designing the i-Chiller compact range, ICS Cool Energy worked with process engineers and combined its thirty-year history with the industry to create a unit right for the industry. Its small footprint ensures that it fits inside production lines where space is a premium and its high-pressure pumps ensure it can handle the complex pipework of process applications.

ICS Cool Energy’s i-Chiller range covers capacities between 7-210kW and is our industry leading range of process chillers designed exclusively for manufacturing.
Unlike other units on the market, the i-Chiller range has been designed with process applications in mind from the ground up. The units have a low footprint and have been designed to be “plug and play” to ensure compatibility with a large range of production lines out of the box. The units also feature 3-bar pressure pumps as standard, coil in take evaporators and have been designed using high quality components, with longevity in mind.

Chillers specifically built for process
The ICS Cool Energy range of process chillers is designed specifically for process, with features such as unique finned coil evaporators immersed inside the cold-water tank, making them less susceptible to freezing and able to cope with variable load and process fluctuations. The large integrated cold side buffer tank enables closer temperature control for process tolerance and reduces wear and tear from compressor start and stop operations.
i-Chillers have high-pressure pumps as standard to cope with the more complex pipework found in processes applications. Being fully enclosed in robust steel panels not only protects but creates a smaller footprint for ease of access and ?plug and play? installation.
