Buna s\u00fczge\u00e7ler, filtreler, manyetik filtreler, ay\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar, kombine hava ve ay\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra yayg\u0131n olarak bulunan yan ak\u0131\u015f filtrasyonu da dahildir.
