We have experience with all the major brands of chillers out there as well as our own and we have a high percentage of first fix as we carry spare parts on all our vans with automatic stock replenishment in place.
Our engineers are backed by in-house repair quotation teams, technical support teams and customer care specialists. These teams are based in our regional offices as well as our head office. This means we can deploy an engineer quickly, respond to technical enquiries or supply parts required whilst keeping you fully informed. As well as comprehensive van stocks we have large amounts of stock at our depots to dispatch parts direct to site if needed.
