Protect your production from downtime
Your system water quality affects the longevity of your process equipment, parts and components. As soon as water starts running through your system, it’s changing the properties within, so it must be checked regularly and treated correctly.
British Standard BS 8552:2012 recommends quarterly analysis of closed water systems, however by checking your water quality at least twice a year as part of a preventative maintenance programme, you can help ensure your production is safeguarded from system corrosion and ultimately breakdown, which could result in a huge cost to production and your customers.
The quality of your system water is measured in line with pH levels and should not be either side of recommended paramaters. Water samples should be taken from appropriate places on your system for repeatability and a true representation of the circulating fluid.
