The i-Temp range is designed for high precision process applications, with advanced controllers ensuring high accuracy, USB support allowing for sharing of settings between units and improve repeatability across your production lines. Temperature sensors at both output and return ensure that temperatures are monitored accurately throughout the unit, not just in a single place.

i-TEMP Compact Range

-20°C to 250°C | 4 to 360kW

The i-Temp Compact range of temperature control units covers temperatures up to 180°C with capacities up to 250kW. It is perfect for the plastics, chemical, pharmaceutical industries due to it’s ability to provide consistent temperatures.

The new generation of i-Temp Compact machines come equipped with the C9 version of controllers. Our ‘e’ units come with the basic controller, which provides the existing benefits of the C8 range but with the added benefits of a faster processor coupled with new design to improve access to the unit.

The i-Temp Compact ‘t’ range comes with the C9 advanced controller, which utilises a 7” touch screen and intuitive use interface to allow for easier monitoring and adjustment. The more powerful processor in the C9 advanced range gives the unit the ability to utilise full data logging, giving users more information about their process than ever before.

Advanced Controllers

Our i-Temp range of TCUs are fitted with a C8 controller as standard, with the advanced C9 controller as an option, allowing multiple machines to communicate and reach target temperatures with ease via memory card or ethernet connection.
