Our aftersales Parts Direct team carry the same keeping industry running promise that the rest of our business does.  This means you are met with someone who knows your equipment needs to be operational quickly.  Everything we do is to ensure your spare part is with you as quickly as needed.  We offer a one stop shop not only for our equipment but for any temperature control equipment, with over 150,000 square foot of warehousing in the UK, we keep your process running no matter what. We even offer an expert installation service.

We stock parts in depots nation-wide as well as being replenished daily in our Service Engineers’ vans, meaning they can be sent to your site quickly or replaced during emergency or planned maintenance – helping you to keep your operation running.  The Spares Team offer advice on what part you may need, or you can simply get in touch to specify the part you need.

FlowCool Glycol

Glycol is an anti-freeze solution with inhibitors to prevent damage to systems and equipment that can result in production downtime. It’s the preferred alternative to using mains water in heating or cooling systems. ICS Cool Energy offer a specially formulated FlowCool range of glycol-based products incorporate organic inhibitors, are industry recommended and meet the BS5117 standard for use within two-way cooling and heating processes. The complete range includes industrial grade glycol, suitable for food and beverage applications and bio-degradable glycol. All available for next day delivery.

What spares do you hold?

We stock all parts for all makes of chillers in 150,000 square foot of warehousing nationwide as well as £15K of spare parts on each of our 70 service engineer vans.

How quickly can I get the parts I need?

If it’s in stock we can offer up to next day delivery to keep your process running.

What if you don’t hold stock of the part I need?

If it’s not in stock, we will source this for you and in the meantime can offer rental equipment if a part is on an extended lead-time.

Can you install the parts for us?

Yes, we can offer this service.
