Leisure centres keep in the swim with temporary boilers

The Challenge

The Solution

A local authority in Scotland had a 17 month programme of remedial works for a popular swimming pool and needed a way to keep the facility open during the works.
A full service swimming pool specialist was called in to construct a temporary building in the leisure centre’s grounds to house a 25m pool, complete with changing rooms, reception and toilets.
ICS Cool Energy’s hire team, with extensive experience in the leisure sector was engaged to ensure the pool’s temperature and changing facility for up to 60 people was warm and comfortable.
Following a comprehensive site survey, ICS Cool Energy provided a 150kW externally sited boiler. The powerful boiler is compact in design and housed within a steel container to protect it from the external elements ensuring fault-free, reliable operation, with ongoing maintenance and 24/7 emergency support included.

The Result

ICS Cool Energy has the most energy efficient boilers available, with an extensive range in stock and ready to go. It means that running costs are affordable as well as the hire solution avoiding the need for capital expenditure or maintenance.
