Unusually prolonged downpours led to localised floods effecting many facilities including indoor tennis courts at a major health club provider. The courts needed to be dried out quickly whilst ensuring no damage was done to the fabric of the building.
Following a site survey a number of IDF heaters were dispatched to the site to provide clean and dry heating in a safe and controlled manner. Each of the powerful heaters were provided with a bulk fuel tank to ensure prolonged and reliable running between fuelling. The units were sited outside and heavy duty ducting brought the hot air into the building where the hot air being helped to dry out the courts.
The area was dried out rapidly with assistance with monitoring of the contractor in charge of flood recovery and mitigation.
