Boiler failure after refurbishment requires fast temporary replacement

Following the extensive refurbishment of a leisure centre the building’s on-site boiler failed and a quick replacement was needed fast.

After an on-site assessment a 1,3MW boiler was delivered and installed within 24 hours. The heating only boiler provided hot water to a plate heat exchanger. Its low noise design proved to be ideal as local housing backed onto the swimming pool’s site.

The centre was soon after able to reopen and provide a popular service to the local community.
