ICS Protect and ICS Protect+ are our inclusive service plans, where we offer to become your total service solutions provider and protect your process temperature control installation investment as a simple stress-reducing strategy for your business.
It is designed to provide operating efficiency, prolonging your systems’ lifespan, and assist you in cutting costs.
With an ICS Protect Agreement, your equipment will receive regular inspection, preventative maintenance and proper calibration. Any potential problem will be corrected before anyone at your site becomes aware of it.
This will eliminate the risk of high cost chiller repairs and enable you to predict your maintenance costs.
The ICS Protect Lite range is our latest offering, designed to provide comprehensive cover for all makes and models of chillers, not just ICS Cool Energy Equipment.
SERVICE SUPPORT YOU CAN TRUST
We pride ourselves in having one of the most comprehensive planned preventative maintenance (PPM) offerings in the industry, with over 100 point checks, for all brands and models of temperature control equipment.
We carry out the usual regulatory F-Gas checks, but go above and beyond to ensure your equipment is checked over thoroughly and given a clean bill of health.
We’ll even check the water quality if required* to make sure this remains in specification. If we find anything out of place, we give clear advice on what you need to do to bring the equipment back to full operational condition, to ensure your plant remains efficient and delivers to your process as often as you are.
